1. Once in www.artbg.bg received orders from consumers, the automated system of electronic shop notify the User via email or SMS for successfully accepted order.
2. Deliveries are only made on successfully accepted orders. On packaging of the ordered goods, the user is notified by SMS, that the product is transmitted to the courier for transportation to the appropriate address.
3. The delivery of the ordered goods is not performed on Sundays and public holidays.
4. Normal delivery - within three (3) working days after confirmation of the order.
5. For deliveries the seller is using company "Econt" with usual delivery hours from 9.00 to 17.30 hours.
6. Delivery is made to the exact address specified by the user (whether residential or business) or to the office of "Econt" in the corresponding city.
7. The prices for delivery are described in each product page under "Shipping and Payment"
8. Each shipment is covered by insurance which is paid by the seller.
9. If the user does not provide access and conditions for delivery of goods to the specified address within the specified period or did not went to that office "Econt" to get the goods on time, if this option is selected, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the stated delivery.
1. Payment could be fulfilled by two separate or combined ways, while irrespective to the payment method chosen the total amount of the payment is the same and there are no additional costs for processing.
- Cash on delivery – payment in cash on the courier at delivery;
- With credit or debit card;
2. For every ordered product the user must pay the price, which is decared at the on-line shop at the moment of ordering. The price of every product could be changed dynamically.
1. The User is entitled to claim or return purchased from on-line shop goods within one week of receipt of goods.
2. Withdrawal may be made before the courier upon delivery of the goods if the goods are delivered after the deadline for reasons beyond the User and not due to force majeure.
3. Upon withdrawal User is obliged to return the goods purchased in commercial form intact and preserved label.
4. When cancelling the contract if the consumer has paid the goods shall be reimbursed the amount paid for returned goods referred to in its bank account within 15 / fifteen / days after returning the goods. Funds will not be reimbursed until the user does not return the goods. If the goods are not returned within the period under item 1, the refusal of the contract does not rise activity.
5. A claim is made when the purchased item does not correspond to what was agreed between the parties to the contract of sale. The discrepancy in the contract between the parties can be expressed as:
- Manufacturing defects of the goods;
- Ascertainment on missing parts of the product;
- Wrong or different from the ordered goods has been sent;
- Discrepancy between the stated size and / or color - goods sent to a different - size and / or color different from the ordered;
- Damage to goods during transportation.
6. Returning of claimed goods in cases outside manufacturing defect or damage during transportation is carried out under the following conditions:
- The goods are in good commercial appearance (product is not torn, scratched, worn, broken).
- There is no damage caused by misuse.
- The original packaging and label must be kept intact.
7. Returning of the goods through withdrawal or through claim could be executed by the means and to the address indicated on the delivery note with which the user has received the order.
8. In case of goods exchange the transport costs are borne by the User in both directions, unless the replacement has been imposed by the online store. In case the customer wants to return or replace the product, this can be done by courier company "Econt".
